Construction of a New Fire Department Headquarters, renovations and upgrades to portions of the existing Town Offices, and associated building support systems and site work. Project includes a new +/-16,000 SF, 5-Bay Fire Department Headquarters building and +/- 3,500 SF renovation to the areas of the existing adjacent Town Office building for use as Fire Department Headquarters office and support space.
